Orlando, FL , United States of America -- As if enough bands don't act childish enough as it is. (See: Breakups or firing of members from major bands) Cobra Starship now has some snakes of their own.

While Saporta had announced Early Thursday morning that Schwartz was leaving the band 'to focus once again on her solo career' and calling her 'amazingly talented' and thanking her for rocking the keytar 'every night' for the band, was apparently not good enough.

Now, Schwartz has come out with a barrage of attacks against the band that have been posted online that now the band has rebutted against.

She has claimed that she was Replaced, not let go, and that she was mistreated by the band, not made a member, and was left unpaid. Also that items that belong to her, that the band is supposable with-holding.

The claims by the band was that Schwartz would have bad-timing with spa sessions, late night Britney Spears fueled dance parties, and stolen iPods (by those who she invited 'Drifters' into the band's tour bus).

While both parties deny each others claims, two things remain true. Cobra Starship has a new Keytar player, and Bands still act like children.
