You must be a resident of the Planet Earth and 16 Years of Age or Older for general prizes, 18 Years of Age or Older for prizes which require travel or involve a cash transaction.
Cash Prizes are only Legal to US Residents due to Internal Revenue Service Restrictions, however if an International Resident wins a Cash-Prize based Contest, Contiga Broadcasting Corporation will offer that International Resident choices of physical prizes from the KRR prize vault to equal or exceed the value of the cash prize. Contiga Broadcasting Corporation reserves the right to choose items which will substitute cash prizes.
Contiga Broadcasting Corporation reserves the right to create a time limit on when a prize can be claimed. After the specified time period, if the winner does not claim their prize, their prize is forfeited.
Listeners can only win once during a 6 month period. Contiga Broadcasting Corporation reserves the right to cancel any contest at any time without notice.
Employees of Contiga Broadcasting Corporation, or of Affiliates or subsidiaries are not eligible to enter into contests.
Any entries made to Contiga Broadcasting for contests and promotions become property of Contiga Broadcasting Corporation and may be used for promotions, adveritising, or any other use Contiga Broadcasting deems appropriate.
Contiga Broadcasting reserves the right to revoke a prize in event the winner is underage, or has cheated or used methods that would be deemed as an advantage against other potential winners.
In event Contiga Broadcasting Corporation cannot deliver on a prize stated in a contest, if the listener resides in the United States, Contiga Broadcasting Corporation will give the listener the Cash Equivelant Value of said prize(s). If the listener does not reside in the United States, Contiga Broadcasting Corporation will provide the listener with physical prizes equivelant or exceeding the value of the original prize, with choices of physical items being at the discretion of Contiga Broadcasting Corporation.
In event an Event-Based Prize is given to a winner (ex: Concert Tickets) and will be unable to attend, they will forefit their winning, and Contiga Broadcasting shall select another winner.
Prizes cannot be sold by the Listener at any time. Whether promotional material, tickets, or other merchandise. In event a winner sells said prize(s), Contiga Broadcasting shall reserve the right to prosecute for failing to uphold the Prize Acceptance Agreement. Please refer to your Prize Acceptance Agreement for more information.
