Killer Rock Radio is a division of Contiga Broadcasting Corporation, based out of Orlando, FL USA. Through Strict Policies and governance is what allows Contiga Broadcasting to stay ahead of the curve, and provide our listeners, our advertisers, and our partners the best possible solution.

Below are the various Policies that we have made public to allow the public, potential advertisers and sponsors, and our business partners to see how we conduct business. These policies may be updated from time to time.

These policies are the backbone of the "Contiga Broadcasting Difference" Initiative by Contiga Broadcasting Corporation. These policies will continue to be upheld through the corporate by-laws and only modified by Board votes.

To better protect the investment of Advertisers and Sponsors, Contiga Broadcasting will not permit advertising which contains the following content:

- Opt-Out Offers (Broadcasting Only - Websites Currently Permitted)
- Political Slander Content (All Political advertising must remain neutral and focus on said candidate only, not on a competitor)
- Promotion of Drugs
- Promotion of Alcohol to Minors under the age of 21 (For US Directed Programming Only, this does not apply to International Broadcasts due to differing laws)

While this policy may not appease to every advertiser, the rules have been designed to ensure that our Internet, FM, and Television Properties are not clogged by wasteful advertising, or advertising that has the ability to offend.

Corporate Neutrality Policy
Under no circumstance can any DJ, Website, or Broadcast be sided to anything that can be deemed as discrimation under US Federal Laws.
