1. When i watch a music video, i get skipping pictures, it randomly stops playing, or other playback issue, why? |
This is because of either 2 things. One, your ISP cannot support our streaming services, or your bandwidth is not capable of it, so therefore you get reduced performance, or two, our servers are under alot of load at the moment, which is causing the servers to be unable to serve everything without problems. That specific problem should be resolved in a few weeks as we obtain more servers. |
2. When Trying to access a Music Video i get "Server Unavailable or Busy". What does this Mean? |
In short, it means we need more capacity on our servers. We apologize that you were unable to connect. We suggest you continue to try, and if it continues to error out, give it a few minutes to allow a recent traffic surge to die down. We are working constantly to add capacity to our network, and sometimes it takes weeks or months to add capacity. |
3. How do i Download the Music Videos? |
You can't, and it's illegal. |
4. I get an Error Saying I Need To Download A Codec? |
Our Audio Stream uses Windows Audio 9 Professional, and our Music Video's use Windows Media 9 VBR Video. Make sure you have the latest Version of Windows Media Installed to ensure your codec's are up to date. |

1. When I try to watch a video, it just shows a white screen. No controls appear on the bottom |
This means one of two things. One, your browser didn't pick everything up. Refresh the page and try again. If you think your having Internet Issues, chances are thats what it is. If it isn't, then we probably screwed something up. If that may be the case, report the issue by calling us at (866) 324 - 5205, Opt. 1, Opt. 1, Opt. 1, then follow the prompts to report it. |

2. When I try to watch a video, it just shows a white screen, however the controls appear at the bottom |
This means you were trying to access the content, or are still in the process of accessing it. Give it a few minutes, if it still has the same problem, try refreshing the page. If that still doesen't work, report it to us over the phone at (866) 324 - 5205, Opt. 1, Opt. 1, Opt. 1, then follow the prompts to report it. |
3. The video jolts, skips or bars up while playing |
This is because your computer cannot support the speed you are running at, or there are too many processes running on your computer at that time, please try another speed or revisit when your CPU isn't as overloaded. |
4. The video keeps stopping periodically |
This usually means you picked a speed your connection cannot support. Either on a temporary or permanent basis. If you are sure you chose the right speed, then its a chance our servers are overloaded. Try again in a few hours and see if it happens again. However, you can just wait awahile and the full video will load, then you can play it as much as you want, since it will be cached on your computer. |
